1. You will need to return the product back to us within 15 days in the same packaging in which the product was sent to you.
2. All returns must include original factory box, original packaging including the foam and wrappings, unfilled warranty card, instruction booklet and other paperwork.
3. You are expected not to accept the product if the product shows evident damage. All our products are inspected prior to shipment and we never use defective packaging.
